1. Credit Purchases & Expiry

All credit purchases are generally non-refundable. Credits will expire unless you request a refund within 90 days of purchase. Once credits are added to your account, they cannot be refunded for cash after 90 days. This policy is in place because credits represent digital goods that are immediately available for use upon purchase.

2. Refund Requests

If you have unused credits and wish to request a refund, you must contact us within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days, unused credits will expire and are not eligible for refund.

3. Exceptions

We may consider refunds in the following exceptional cases:

• Technical Issues: If persistent technical issues on our end prevent you from using our services for an extended period (more than 24 hours)
• Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same credit purchase due to payment processing errors
• Service Unavailability: If our service is unavailable for a significant period (more than 48 hours) immediately after your purchase

4. Failed Operations

If an AI operation fails due to technical issues on our end (server errors, model failures, etc.), the credits used for that operation will be automatically refunded to your account. This does not apply to failures resulting from:

• Input files that violate our terms of service
• Poor quality input that makes processing impossible
• Requests that intentionally try to break or stress-test our models
• Unrealistic expectations of the AI's capabilities
